Born Garland Mosley Brother, Sebastion was born and raised in Norfolk,VA. After the release of the 1999 film “Cruel Intentions” he was given the name Sebastian by close friends in regards to the way he acted towards women resembling the main character played by Ryan Philippe. In pursuit for a name of his own Sebastian now works night and day to complete the project “Cruel Intentions” which include singles, some of which can now be heard on several radio stations around the US.
