BMW North America — Manufacturing Training Program: BMW STEP

The BMW Service Technician Education Program gives students in Lincoln's Automotive Technology program the opportunity to take the same intensive training that BMW Master Technicians receive.

BMW STEP Level 1 Program is the original service Technician Education Program. It is a BMW-funded, six-month program for top-level technical school graduates. Students will be trained by BMW-Trained instructors in courses specific to BMW< MINI and Motorrad

The Automotive Technology with High Performance program takes car maintenance and repair to a whole new level. Combine with auto technology, students learn how to build and tune performance machines, engines, transmissions and more, trained by ASE-Certified instructors
