Oprah has confirmed that Lance Armstrong admitted to her that he used steroids and other performance enhancing drugs when he won 7 straight Tour De France titles. Armstrong was stripped of those titles but has never come out and publicly confessed. The interview was taped Monday and will Thursday on OWN as part of Oprah’s “Next Chapter” series.
