Queen Beyonce is getting SUED by retailer Abercrombie & Fitch. They filed suit on Tuesday claiming Bey would violate their trademark if she names her new fragrance after her alter-ego, Sasha Fierce. A&F have held the trademark since 03 and they claim SHE would benefit from THEM and the name could confuse of decieve customers. Are you kidding me?

Let's put money on the fact that Beyonce is way more popular than Abercrombie & Fitch! Gimme a break! Anyhoo, Beyonce's rep says:

"There is no fragrance line directly or indireclty associated with Beyonce that has the name "Sasha Fierce" or anything using the word Fierce."

Coty is the company issuing the fragrance an they say the official name will be revealed prior to the launch in early 2010. So there.
